KATHOLISCHE
KLINIKSEELSORGE.
The catholic chaplaincy at Düsseldorf University Hospital had asked us to develop a means of advertising its services on site. The hospital attends to roughly 50,000 patients a year. A large proportion has no connection to religion, but could certainly benefit from the offer. Our task was to bring catholic concepts and beliefs closer to the patients.

SOUL
STUFF.
Our “Instructions for the Soul” is a medium that translates many of the theological aspects of the soul into everyday language. The basis of the brochure was an instruction manual for vacuum cleaners from the 1970s.

About
the artist.
The work was illustrated realized by now quite well-known artist Nadine Redlich. The final product went through many iterations until a simple visual narrative was settled on. However, Nadine made sure that most of her family somehow found a way into the brochure.
